A manager is always on the property and messages left on the office phone are reviewed for emergencies. If not an emergency, your call will be returned the next business day.

POOL HOURS: opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m.

MANAGERS’ MESSAGE:

It is quiet time again at Desert View as most of our “snowbirds” have left us for the summer. Be safe and enjoy a peaceful summer – remember to drink plenty of water and keep a friendly eye out for your neighbors! If you have any ideas for activities please let us know. We have a few new residents so please make them feel welcome!

TIDBITS:

May Birthday Party … everyone is invited to our monthly birthday parties so join us for cake and ice cream! Please join us Friday, May 27th at 1:00 p.m.

Pizza Party … on Wednesday, May 18th at 5:30 p.m. sponsored by your managers. Pizza, salad, and dessert will be provided. Please sign up at the clubhouse. Thanks for being awesome residents!

Coyote Sightings … be aware when walking pets in the early morning or evenings.

Next Monthly Reading of Mobile Home Meters … is scheduled for Tuesday, May 9th. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have access to your meters!

Unsafe Driving in the Park … including speeding, failure to stop or yield, endangerment to pedestrians, and pets is prohibited as per Desert View Rules & Regulations and may result in termination of tenancy! Please report in writing to the office the name and vehicle license number of any resident or guest speeding or driving unsafely in our park.

Reminder … promptly pick up after your pets anywhere in our park! Please do not walk your dogs in neighbors’ yards or occupied RV sites!

Back Gate … please keep the gate locked at all times!

WHAT IS MAY?
