OFFICE HOURS:  Tuesday thru Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (closed from noon-2 p.m.)

Saturday 9 a.m. – noon. Office reopens on Tuesday at 9 a.m.

A manager is always on the property and messages left on the office phone are reviewed for emergencies. If not an emergency, your call will be returned the next business day!


POOL HOURS:   opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m.



HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE! Thanks to our great residents & RVer’s for making Desert View such a great place! Also, a sincere thanks to the Conway Family (park owners) for caring about residents and caring about how the park is maintained. Little things they do may go unnoticed but we want to acknowledge their thoughtfulness each year by selecting a few residents who have had a difficult year to receive a rent discount in January – this is referred to as “Holiday Cheer”. We appreciate also their donation of turkeys for our Thanksgiving dinner and hams for our Christmas dinner!


Welcome back seasonal residents and RVer’s! We are happy to see familiar faces again and new faces are always welcome here! If there is anything we can do (within reason) to make your stay at Desert View more comfortable, please let us know! Bobbi Klarich has planned many activities for you and her efforts are greatly appreciated! Many thanks to Bobbi and others who work hard to offer fun things to do for our residents and guests.

Occupancy Update: At the end of December we have approximately 30 RV’s on site. We expect 30 arrivals in January and about 13 more scheduled to arrive in February! Of course, these numbers are subject to last minute changes; however, we expect our park to be full in these months. We are glad you are here and we wish everyone a relaxing and fun season! As always, please be respectful of your neighbors and quiet time hours.



 Park Activities and Sign-up Sheets … Bobbi posts everything on the Desert View monthly calendar and on the bulletin board at the clubhouse.   Remember to take a look often for anything you might be interested in!


January Birthday Party … everyone is invited to our monthly birthday parties so join us for cake and ice cream!  Please join us Friday, January 22nd at 1:00 p.m.


 Next Monthly Reading of Mobile Home Meters … is scheduled for Saturday, January 9th. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have access to your meters!
