October 2013 Newsletter

October, 2013 Newsletter

On behalf of Desert View residents, Hans & I want to thank our owners, The Conway Family, for the wonderful new flooring in the recreation room. It was a great choice and looks really good! Also, we express our sincere appreciation to the Conway’s for being so agreeable to our various requests for clubhouse area improvements – we do realize the expenses incurred.

October Birthday Party … cake and ice cream for all residents in the clubhouse recreation room on Friday, October 18th at 1 p.m. See you there!

Reminder … please contact senders of your mail and ask them to update your mailing address to include your space #. The office is receiving many pieces of mail with no space #’s! Thank you.

Resident Mail Slots … in the library (“blue room”) will be used beginning with the month of November. We will deliver monthly newsletters and rent statements to your mail slot instead of your home so please remember to check there if you want your rent statement and newsletter early. Otherwise, just pick them up at the rent window when you pay.

Park Directory & Display Board Directory … are being updated by Paul Frazier and will be completed in the near future. Thanks Paul!
